Directors serving on the District's Board serve staggered four-year terms and are elected by the voters according to the ACT creating the District. The District shall hold an election to elect the appropriate number of directors on the uniform election date prescribed by Section 41.001. Election Code, in November of each even-numbered year.

James E. "Jim" Brasher, General Manager
CCGCD hired Jim Brasher as General Manager in October of 2008. Mr. Brasher was born and raised in Weimar and graduated from Weimar High School. He received his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Geology from Texas A&M University. As part of the oil and gas industry for the previous 26 years, Mr. Brasher worked internationally and domestically in development, exploration, and in reasearch as an individual contributor and in management. He has published numerous articles on subsurface geology. Mr. Brasher resides in Columbus with his wife, Amanda.
Kim Ferguson, Office Manager
Kim has been with CCGCD serving as Office Manager since 2009. She grew up in Weimar where she graduated from Weimar High School. She received her Associates degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources Management. Kim and her husband, Gregg, reside in Weimar.
